Why us

 i2i’s customer base is growing every week and we wanted to offer an even better service to our customers.

As part of this goal, we have bought in David Woodward to head up our new Search and Selection division;

As a recruiter, I have worked with a broad spectrum of blue chip, SME and start-up businesses to source key skills in food, pharmaceutical, medical device and FMCG businesses. I have recruited across Production, Engineering, Technical, R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance and IT.

These are mainly management roles up to Director level but includes some quite unique technical and niche roles from banana experts to very specialised engineers in the UK and occasionally abroad including Ireland, Holland and France.

I have 19 years experience across headhunting, executive search, advertised selection, contingency, business development and training.

I really enjoy helping people find a role which excites them or customers who have really struggled to find the right person. Having happy candidates and customers is a great feeling. I can’t fill every role but I do my best every day to try to!

Outside work, I am an Applied Biology graduate with a passion for horses, family and these days, watching rugby.

Our Process

Combining David’s experience with i2i’s range of customers and staff means we can help customers straight away with their more senior or technical roles as well as the roles i2i already specialise in.

David’s methodology is the same as i2i’s.  Like us, David understands that there are people behind CVs and companies behind job specifications.  Keeping this at the forefront of all interactions ensures that both parties get the best service – this is why we have retained 98% of our customers since establishing the company, and expect to maintain this percentage with David’s involvement.


About i2i

i2i were established in 2005 by Charlie, our CEO.  Charlie realised that there was great potential in a new way of doing things within recruitment.
Making it personal.  i2i Recruitment was born.

We make the process a lot more personal.  We do this by meeting each and every candidate and customer we work with or send out to an interview.  Doing this is labour intensive and takes time, but we truly believed that it was the best thing for everyone and we’ve been proven correct.
