Experience / Qualifications
- An accountancy related qualification. You might be part or fully qualified.
- Able to provide reconciled management accounts.
- Experience in an accountancy role.
- Experience in an SME business from any sector.
- Professional manner – great communicator.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexible approach to work and priorities.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Able to manage a small team. This can be your first management job.
- Friendly and able to work as part of a bigger team.
- Able to take ownership of tasks and see them through to conclusion.
- Able to work under your own initiative.
- Willing to learn.
